Black-naped Monarch (Hypothymis azurea – also called a Black-naped Blue Flycatcher), a slim and agile passerine bird belonging to the family of monarch flycatchers found in southern and south-eastern Asia.

This stunning bird was captured at the Taipei Botanical Garden in Taipei, Taiwan by @jskbirds.
